This course is designed to show and convince delegates that memory can be improved effectively and quickly using the right methods. At the beginning of the course, delegates will go through an assessment exercise to measure their current recall rate.
This is then following by covering foundation and the theory behind memorisation and recall. This is critical since each method should ultimately be customised to suit a person’s needs and style. If delegates know why the methods work they can customise them more effectively and use them correctly.
While going through the first several exercises, most delegates will be amazed at what they have achieved up to that point and in such a short amount of time.
Many visualisation techniques are explored in this course and delegates are encouraged to work together through some exercises to practice the skills and also to learn from each other’s approaches.

Learn to unleash the power of your imagination so you can remember more, remember it faster and for much longer
The course is extremely interactive and since memorisation can be demanding, pace and energy is carefully monitored in the course to make sure delegates don’t get too tired as they go through the sessions.
Several end-of-course exercises are also provided to showcase the use of methods explored in the course and also to assess the recall rate of delegates so they can see for themselves how much they have improved during the course. These exercises also help delegates to learn how to choose the right methods for the right memory tasks.
