By booking in-houses courses, you agree to the following:
How to Book
Please fill the in-house booking form to tell us about your requirements. Once dates are agreed for the in-house course you can proceed to payment.
We will send you an invoice and you can pay by direct bank to bank transfer. The invoice must be paid in full before the course is considered booked. You can also pay by credit/debit card online or by PayPal using our online payment processor. Please choose this payment method in the booking form and we will instruct you on how to proceed.
What Is Included
Course fees include tuition, workbook, handouts and relevant forms for the course. A certificate of completion is issued to delegates at the end of the course.
We can modify the course within reason based on your needs. Most often, the standard courses will suffice and no change is needed. Please discuss any requirements at the time of booking and we will let you know what we can do to meet them.
Provision of a suitable training venue is the responsibility of the client and must adhere to the training room requirements discussed at the time of booking. In general, we would need a room with a slide projector (AV connection to our Windows laptop), flipchart or whiteboard, a table arrangement in the U configuration and enough space for delegates to move around and work in groups on various exercises. As part of training, the demo training sessions delivered by delegates are recorded on video. It should be possible to use our camera in your premises.
Cancellation of an in-house course must be given to us in writing via email to support.
In case of cancellation, a fee is payable. Give cancellation notice:
More than 4 weeks before the course date
Get 100% refund
Between 1 and 4 weeks before the course date
100% refund minus £200 admin fee
Less than 1 week before the course date
Postponements are classed as cancellations unless rearranged dates can be made to enable the training to happen within 20 working days of the original training date. A fee applies for any travel arrangements already made for the original date that cannot be cancelled.
If We Cancel
In an unlikely event, in case of trainer sickness or unforeseen circumstances outside of our control, we may need to cancel a course. This includes restrictions due to an epidemic decease (such as COVID) that prevents us from running a course at an intended standard. In such a case, a replacement date will be proposed that both parties must agree to. If such an agreement could not be reached, we offer a 100% refund. Skills Converged reserves the right to cancel a course at any time. Skills Converged shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred.
There are no VAT components in our prices. You pay what is advertised. We reserve the right to change the prices at any time.
Changes to Course Content
We are continuously improving our courses. Skills Converged reserves the right to make changes and improvements to course content at any time without notice.
The content of training courses of Skills Converged cannot be relied upon for legal interpretation. Skills Converged, nor any of its trainers, cannot accept responsibility for delegates’ actions, or those of other people reading the course notes or interpreting the training content in litigation, or responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of relying on the training or the training notes. If in doubt, consult a lawyer.
