By booking the course, you agree to the following:
How to Book
The easiest way to book a course is through our online booking system. If you wish to pay by invoice and direct bank to bank transfer, please contact us so we can arrange it for you.
Once booking is complete, you will receive an email confirmation and a receipt. If you haven’t received the confirmation email within 24 hours and have checked your spam folder, please let us know and we will help you out.
Accepted Payments
You can pay by debit/credit card, PayPal or by direct bank to bank transfer. We use PayPal as the payment processor which is why the PayPal button is shown. You do not need to have a PayPal account to book a course.
If you want to pay by direct bank to bank transfer, please contact us by email and we will send you an invoice with our bank details. Funds must be cleared before you can be considered booked.
Prices
There are no VAT components in our prices. You pay what is advertised. The price shown on the website at the time of the booking is what you pay. We reserve the right to change the prices at any time.
What Is Included
Course fees include refreshments, lunch, tuition, workbook, handouts and relevant forms for the course.
Non-Attendance
If you do not attend the course, it is considered a cancellation.
Cancellations
In case of cancellation, a fee is payable. You can substitute another delegate at no extra charge. Substituting a delegate too close to the event is subject to acceptance by Skills Converged. This is because delegates need to prepare a demo session before the course and anyone attending must have enough time to prepare for it.
Give cancelation notice:
More than 4 weeks before the course date: Get 100% refund
Between 2 and 4 weeks before the course date: Get 25% refund
Less than 2 weeks before the course date: No refund
Transfers
If you wish to transfer a booking to a later course, it will be subject to agreement by Skills Converged. If this transfer is then cancelled and/or there is no attendence, the standard cancellation fee applies. A second transfer is considered a cancellation. To transfer, please contact us.
If We Cancel
In case of unforeseen circumstances, we may need to cancel a course. In such a case, we will refund you the full fee or we can transfer you to a new rescheduled course subject to availability. This transfer is free. Skills Converged reserves the right to cancel a course at any time without liability.
Where the number of delegates booked on a course does not exceed four, Skills Converged reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course. In the event of cancellation of a course by Skills Converged, we will endeavour to inform all delegates a minimum of 5 working days before the commencement of the course, though please be aware that this is not always possible. Skills Converged shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport costs, accommodation etc.
Course Attendance
Upon successful booking, you will receive an email with joining instructions, how to get to the venue, public transport information, venue map, venue details and course timings to the email address provided on the booking form. If you do not get this email, it is your responsibility to contact us so we can send it to you. We will communicate through email on any updates. You must check your email before the course so that you can be aware of any communication we might make.
For courses that take more than one-day, travel, overnight accommodation, food and beverages are the responsibility of the delegate.
Venue Change
In the unlikely event that we need to change the venue, we will notify you in advance. If you cannot attend at the new location, we will work with you to transfer you to another course at a later date or alternatively give you a full refund.
Changes to Course Content
We are continuously improving our courses. Skills Converged reserves the right to make changes and improvements to course content at any time without notice. Such changes will not constitute grounds for refund on our satisfaction guarantee.
Course Satisfaction Guarantee
If after taking one of our Train the Trainer courses you feel that you have not developed new skills and attitudes towards training people, and are not completely happy with the course, we will refund the full cost of the course. No quibble.
That is the Skills Converged 100% guarantee.
Any claims for a refund must be made in writing within 48 hours after the end of the course. You can email us.
Liability
The content of training courses of Skills Converged cannot be relied upon for legal interpretation. Skills Converged, nor any of its trainers, cannot accept responsibility for delegates’ actions, or those of other people reading the course notes or interpreting the training content in litigation, or responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of relying on the training or the training notes. If in doubt, consult a lawyer.
All training materials, workbooks, handouts and guides are under copyright for Skills Converged and copying or distribution without consent is strictly prohibited.
