Purpose
Use this exercise to share personality traits. This activity helps delegates to see sometimes difficult situations from other people’s point of view and change the way they think about difficult circumstances.
Objective
Delegates to write down their views on a variety of situations.
What You Need
- A copy of the activity sheet for each delegate (See an example sheet at the bottom of this page)
- Pens for delegates
Setup
- Explain to participants that they have 10 minutes for this activity.
- Delegates should write down their views and perceptions on the words in the activity sheet.
- After 10 minutes, collect the activity sheets and go through different views on the same topic.
Timing
Explaining the Test: 5 minutes.
Activity: 20 minutes
Group Feedback: 10 minutes.
