I’m curious; How many of you use twitter? Is twitter any good or just another way to procrastinate? And more importantly is twitter any use in L&D and training?

In true twitter fashion, drop a line or two (140 characters you say?) on pros and cons of twitter :-)

Kate

Kate, For me I suppose in terms of business twitter allows building a more personal relationship with clients/ delegates. Sharing tid bits about common interests with delegates portraites a more human side of the business.

Unfortunately Kate it is easy to get distracted by twitter so I would suggest allocating a certain amount of time everyday to it. I think twitter's main use in training is the networking opportunities it offers, meeting new people in the business and keeping in touch with participants.
