Hi PX Trainer
Thanks for your question. We deliver our courses to clients and we know this is the best way to improve the products based on the feedback we receive from them. Our experience shows that the delegates are quite happy with what they get in the course. Quite often we receive 5 out of 5 for content and applicability to their needs. For example, our Leadership Skills training course is one of the favourites. It was recently thought to a group of directors from many different industries such as art, plastic manufacturing, insurance, hair dressing, etc. all present in one training class. Despite the variation, they found the 2 day course quite useful and could walk through many of the case studies and exercises and learn the fundamental lessons of team leadership. We always intend to make the courses both educational and entertaining. The response we get from our delegates suggests that we are satisfying both. Just as an example, a comment we got from one of our delegates recently was quite satisfying:
"What I learned during this course is that there is a lot more to leadership than I thought before. I now understand how to manage my own boss and how my boss is managing me and why she is so good at it. I know I need to practice a lot more to become good at this, but now I know that it can be done and I can be good at it."
She was a lot more confident at the end of course than when she came in. In any case, we continuously update the course content to reflect the needs of the delegates. I hope this has answered your question. |
