Has anyone here read Roger Schanks book: lessons in learning, e-learning and training and if yes what do you think of it?

Hi Paul Haven't read his book but have heard of him. Here is a interesting interview with Roger Schank where he talks about different learning styles and his idea of training.

I think credit crunch is bound to affect training however some companies may see it as an opportunity to concentrate more on training in order encourage HR developments.
